If you've been in the military for any length of time you've probably heard the expression "Hurry up and Wait". Moving can invoke a wide range of feelings from anticipation to anxiety. The PCS process follows the "hurry up and wait" approach where things can shift from moving slow to moving fast suddenly. Repeating the PCS process every 2 to 5 years involves a number of tasks on both the front end and the back end requiring preparation, planning, and coordination. Whether you’re selling or renting you have a short window to make some rapid-fire decisions on the property you’re leaving behind.
